Unpleasant Service

On 04/04/2023 @17:54:06 my partner and I ordered at McDonalds Ottery, order number 3483. Only to receive our food @ 06h43pm, the manager on duty Ongiswa had no crowd control or control over her staff, she allowed staff to follow their own initiative. The cashier Veronique said that they are understaffed and the people who are there is on training. We only ordered x2 meals, but we ended up with 4meals while waiting for our ice cream, we had to present out slip to the cashier and tell her we did not order that many meals. Veronique also ended up at the back trying to assist with getting the customer orders out. Customers who ordered after us with big family meals left before us, until we went to the counter and said we are waiting over 30 minutes for our order. The cashier rang up an extra oreo crusher which we did not order but we decided to just take it because the manager was already upset for having to void an item before. My visit was completely unpleasant as I am a regular customer at McDonalds, just not Ottery. This was my first visit at this branch, and it was displeasing.
