unpleasant service

You can imagine how busy it gets on Fridays evening by macdonalds when I wanted to get a Mcflurry plus the very long queues. N after 20 mins in the drive through , when its my turn to pay the guy says ther is no ice cream. But sbongile took the order n wen I asked they say that they were not aware.after wasting my precious 30 mins n fuel. I am very disappointed.
