Unpleasant meal

This email below was submitted to MC D customer care line on the 3rd of July and still hasn’t been resolved. Im flabbergasted by the lack of response from your customer care line. I Even emailed them the pictures of the MC flurry and no one seems to care

Good day

I was at the Mc D Burgundy Square this evening, which was a nightmare. My order was just a mess and when I got home, please see pics of the the Mc Flurry given to me, this is beyond disgusting, they could have just told me that they don’t have icecream rather than serving me with ice/watery Mc flurry. I didn’t even taste it as it doesn’t look good nor appetising.

I demand my money back I cannot be spending R210 to be served food that is not appealing.

I ordered through the McD App and this the only reference number I can find via the app and 2nd order number is also attached below.

Hope this will be sorted ASAP
