Unorganized poor service

McDonald's The Bluff Durban. Placed my order in the drive thru, firstly the lady made us wait about 5min after we Placed the first meal she told us to wait after she came back we Placed the second meal and was told to move to the next window. At the second window we were made to wait more about 10min while the lady and a gentleman in a red top were doing something on the computer, they left us to go get a speed point closed the window and left. We waited until we decided to move to the next window as no one was coming back. At the last window no one was there we hooted. One lady come and she didn't know what was going on after a minute or so the lady that was helping us at the second window than came back told us we must go pay inside. My partner walked in the rain to go pay inside. That more time waiting he came back and the food wasn't ready after all this time. We waited about 5 more minutes and I was late at that time. We had to leave without our food with all the delays as we were traveling to pinetown. Now I have to take an extra trip to go get my refund. This is ridiculous and the must unorganized service I have received. I do not see myself buying in that store in the morning again. No communication or apology did we receive. It was like there were saying why am I coming so early. I want my money back no vouchers please. I was the first customer order 101 at 7:34
