Unimpressed and irate

Bought a grand chicken medium meal and because I don't react well to chilli/ hot sauces, I specifically asked for normal mayo. I was in a hurry and didn't check my order. I got home and realised that I've been given a spicy burger, the same one I specifically asked not to be spicy. It even showed as such on the slip but I guess the staff on duty were too busy talking about personal stuff instead of paying attention to customers and getting orders right. This is not the first time either that this nonsense happens at the McDonald's Northgate drive through. I loathe incompetence and unprofessionalism with a passion, more so if I'm spending my hard earned money to pay for a disservice.
