Why are the staff working with bare hands, when preparing the food?

I love visited the Plattekloof branch and saw how the staff member prepared the food, without gloves. Apparently that is the McDonalds rule. I cancelled my order.

How can you do that, while there are so many germs out there?

I'm done with McDonald's!!
