Unhygienic food preparation

The preparation of the meal was very unhealthy and unhygienic they staff had no gloves on on and they didnt be clean when preparation my food also talking by the food without masks I felt so disgusted ask asked the lady she said there nothing they can do as thats how they do it and I said that is very u healthy she said thats the process but I said they touching surfaces and preparing meals how is that clean and healthy she says every 30 minutes they sanitizer what happens to people that are fasting they making or people that dont eat chicken or beef or people that have allergies I have took a short video of my meal being prepared to be honest i didn't want to cause a scene as customers was there I was meant to sort this out last week sadly my work life balance isn't good with time

It is just so sad and disgusting how food we spend so much money on is prepared in such dirty form thos staff we can be touching all things and germs would carry on about a month back we found hair in 2 mc Donald's that was purchased from the mount Edgecombe Mc Donald's as well in Phoenix my mum only told me the next few days when I returned to visit her as she didnt want me to feel bad with the meal I bought like seriously I think people should know how we are treated mc Donald's is not cheap we pay our price for quality
