Unhelpful appalling and rude staff

My kids and I went for the Big Mac promo yesterday, we arrive and the attendant confirms the promo is still on and proceed to ask us for vouchers. We had no idea there was a voucher system as nothing of the sort was stated on the ad and we explained this to both her and the duty manager but instead of giving us a detailed explanation the staff shout rude loud comments in Xhosa, the manager walked off on us mid enquiry and referred a junior staff member to us with not even a word to excuse herself. Such a terrible experience worst after having left the house so excited about the promo. <br> Those people need proper customer service training, its even more discouraging that the manager on duty was behind such appalling service. What happened there is completely unacceptable, my kids frequent that branch, it irks me that that is the type of treatment they're getting.<br>
