Firstly, I've complained to the customer care line of McDonald's thrice before about the same issue to no avail. <br> The problem affects mainly children, and a visit to McDonald's almost always end up in tears. 9 out of 10 times when we order a happy meal, old toys are presented to us, toys from as long ago as 2014. My two girls are unhappy to receive toys they are already tired of playing with, especially my three year old, and it breaks my heart everytime... <br> <br> McDonald's should be ashamed by causing unhappines in children when ordering a happymeal.<br> <br> The manager always explain politely \Sorry sir
