Unhappy with service

This shop is totally bad. You give an order 3 times at the lady at the speaker. Then when you pay again give the order wich she confirms 3 times then when you come to the next window..........ye you get 1 meal short wich she did not load. Then she expect you to pay for the meal and the supervisor on duty is so rude her name is Phumla. She rase her voice when you are unhappy with the staff.
