Unhappy McDonalds Customers

Myself and two colleagues bought Bic Mac’s for the current competition. Upon requesting more information about the competition we were told that we should get scratch tickets. We asked for the tickets but apparantly the outlet in Parktown on Empire Avenue did not have any scratch tickets to give us.

Is it not unfair to advertise this competition and letting customers buy the meal and only afterwards informing them that they do not have the necessary tickets in their store? I think this constitutes false advertising.
