Unhappy McClient

We went to McDonalds in Ottery, Cape Town on Friday 12 April 2019. We stood in the line to have our order places. After a long wait we received our order, just to find out that we had not received all the items we had ordered. We then went to tell one of the staff members. We then waited for 30 minutes just to get the 4 chicken McNuggets they had not given. By that time the rest of our food was cold. When we came home, we later had found that they had not given us our medium chips as well. This is not the first time it happened at McDonalds Ottery. Numerous times they forget to give my full order. This is so upsetting. Not to talk about how long it takes just to get the attention of a staff member. The staff that gives the food out ignores you as a customer. This needs to be sorted out as we do not expect fast food joints to be *********** and not give our full and correct orders.
