Unhappy, disappointed McDonald's customer.

I went to McDonald's drive thru in evaton plaza, the service I got there was pathetic to say the least. I was with my family and we ordered three big Mac and one happy meal. We were told that the only available drinks were coke and sprite, wedidn't mind that they didn't have a variety of drinks as I'm already used to their incompetence and poor service. We paid at the next window and waited for more than 15min to get our order. When we finally get to the window where we collect our food we were told that they don't have cold drinks however we can get milkshakes at an additional cost. When we placed our order and when we paid non of this was explained to us. We asked to speak to the manager who was not helpful at all. I told her to make a plan as we want what we paid for. She told us that she'll send someone to the nearest store to buy cold drinks. The nearest store is in the same complex buy we waited for 30min for the person to come back. After waiting that long, we asked to speak to the manager again as we were not getting any updates and the kids were starting to be irritable. The manager dragged her feet and was still not useful. We eventually left without getting our drinks. The time and petrol money we wasted at McDonald's on a rainy day. I regret going there. And i would never go back.
