Unhappy, Disappointed Customer

Two weeks ago I bought a Quarter Pounder. It didn't have pickles. I asked why they didn't include them and they said they are out of stock. I was supposed to be advised as I was placing my order, not be surprised when I eat. Yesterday I ordered the same meal again and asked them to remember the pickles and they shouted "Why would we not include the pickles if we have them?" and they just put one. I'm really disappointed with level of the service. There would definitely be no need for me to remind them if I never experienced such. Instead of acknowledging my request, they were just mean.
