Unhappy customer without ice cream

As a regular customer of McDonald's it is quite disappointing to experience the same problem time and again.

29/12/2017 we (as a family) went to McDonald's Ermelo only to find that there were no ice cream.... Again!!! And the reason - a broken machine... It is definitely not the second or third time that this is the case!!!
