Unhappy customer with McDonald's in Alex Mall

I placed an order at 8h11am and I waited until 8h34 and I went to ask one of the cashiers if the have forgotten about my order because most of the people who ordered after me have already received their orders. The lady went to check and told me it's coming. I waited again until it was 8h45 and I told her that I've been waiting for too long and I'm rushing to a funeral and it's already late. The lady told me that my food is there by the counter and I told them that I can't eat anymore I want my refund because it's too late. The lady didn't even apologise and there was no eye contact she just called the manager. When the manager came he didn't even greet me and there was no apology he just opened the drawer and the cashier took my refund and threw the money on my hand without even looking at me. I just left and I was very unhappy and angry at the same time because of the very poor service I received.
