Unhappy customer

Very unhappy customer...got to McDonald's in Pretoria cbd,the one by church square and Paul Kruger,two consultant arguing in front of customers about ice cream, exchanging mean words with each other,next thing they telling me that's with their drinks they no longer give out straws or close the drinks if it's a sit-in...because apparently it's a "waste" only if it's a take away...like I mean so now we suppose to take gulps while drinking,how uncomfortable is that?? What nonsense service is that? There's people everywhere, walking in and out.... collecting food,don't they think of the gems as the drinks are opened?? Aii no man!! And my order number 340.
