Unhappy customer

Yesterday I went to Mc Donald’s diepkloof square firstly the service from the beginning while ordering was poor, then the lady who assisted me did the wrong order, to solve the issue I was given fries which were very hard not even edible enough, my fold over patty was burnt so I’m really not happy about the service I got
