Unhappy customer

After having to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through after placing our order with no explanation, the order came. We ordered 2 big mac's, one regular, one medium. The burgers were in an caijun box, so I asked my husband to turn back after noticing this because I thought we got the wrong order. The guy at the window said those are the big mac's ordered. We opened the boxes to double check, and the burgers had no lettuce or tomato. And when we asked why we were never told, they guy said it's not his fault cause the lady was supposed to tell us upon ordering. There was no apology, he just smirked and repeated again that it's not his problem. I'm extremely disappointed with Gugulethu Mac Donald's service. This is not the first time. We waited to be given the bare minimum with no apology and no explanation. I'm furious. I was hungry and it was hot. It's my money, they were nor doing me a favour. They had to deliver good customer service. Their service is horrible. I want compensation. Because when you complain with them, they tell you there is nothing they can do. I want this resolved.
