Unhappy customer

I ordered a braamie combo then got a bag of fries short , I phoned in to mcdelivery who then phoned the manager and the manager said she would send out a driver immediately , I waited 2 hours then phoned again then mcdelivery put me through straight to the manager and the manager said that she's about to send it out , I waited 2 and a ½ hours again then got ****ed and phoned customer care they then escalated the matter and this was not the first time that it happened the last time I ordered from them they delivered a coke short , so instead of bringing the fries they brought the coke instead , I then woke up the next morning with a voice message from Joy then I phoned back and a lady said she would phone me back immediately , I waited 2 hours then phoned back cause she didn't phone me then for apologizing they just gave me a large fries , then for the driver feeling bad that the manager didn't do anything to apologize properly for their actions he brought me a milkshake , due to this events I am extremely disappointed as I am a McDonald's regular.
