Unhappy customer

I am not happy at all at this moment, my order got here in time for a change well done,

:-( but firstly my request for Fanta orange was not even looked at I had to give it away due the fact that I do not drink coke. Secondly my food was cold, which made me think how long was this food on the road. This kind of service is totally unacceptable and you might just loose a customer here.
