Unhappy customer

I am writing here as a disappointed customer, I ordered kiddies meal and Grimace milkshake at Mac Donald's durban road, I received a message from the uber that they don't have the milkshake and bare in mind I was billed for that milkshake and I tried to call them no one picks up the phone.
