I feel the franchise is ****** and unprofessional as today was my 2nd time going to redeem the february mcflurry special and every time they say the technology refuses to redeem them free ice cream, but it redeems other app products. what is frustrating is that one of my colleagues who is white was able to redeem twice both on Valentine's day(which was a one day special and yesterday which is a new promo ending on the 26th of February 2023. we waste our petrol going there for them to lie.
