Unhappy client about Benoni McDonald's

I'm very disappointed on the staff at Benoni Restaurant # *** Today I was at the drive thru for like 20mins and when I check theres like 7 staff helping in the drive thru...they still tell me to stand by the other window so that they dont get affected by turn around time,I wait then I get my order,I must ask for catchup or else they dont bother to put it in.i take my food drive home like 10mins away only to find out that theres something missing in my food,I drive back en tell them and they dont even take me to head...had to go look for a receipt coz they were not goin to believe me...luckily I found it in the dustbin...never again
