unhappy app user!

McDonald's need to work on their stupid app I had 15000 points on my loyalty account and I tried to redeem an item...I clicked on redeem and it never give me the code, I tried it again and It did the same thing....yet 10000 of my points have been depleted I then went into the deals to redeem another meal and I tried that about 5 times and also infront of a manager and it was not giving me the code

The whole point of updating software is to improve customer experiences and to make things look good and make it easier....from my POV, it's gone way worse and it's something they need to look into
