UNHAPPY

i am extremely disappointed with the service received from Mac donald - I placed an order and they didnt deliver every i bought but i was charged for same - I called and they promised to to deliver and they didnt . I called again and they still have not delivered - I had to eat the dry burger without my soft drink . What would i do with the soft drink when delivered after an hour .
