Unhappy

i received promotion vouchers. tried to redeem. it took a week to receive a PIN and then when i tried to use this to book a ticket with Intercity Express was asked to email the voucher to an email address and todate have not received any feedback. waste of time and false advertising of these promotions just to get people to upsize and pay more.
