Unfriendly staff

So I just bought a meal at McDonald's Trade Route Mall the lady didn't even acknowledge me when she gave me my food not a hello nothing. I felt as if I asked for the food and not actually paying for it. The staff is suppose to be friendly right? Because of staff like that we'll prefer going to the competitors, give us reason to stay please 🙏 a simple smile and hello isn't to much to give anyone.
