Unfairly dismissed

I got unfairly dismissed at Mac-donalds...worse no one faced me,I was told by my shift Manager on Sunday after I knocked at work,and received a WhatsApp voicenote...and now today I was supposed to get paid full because I worked all my hours..am hurt cause I did my job well ...and at the end I get accused off *****ing cash but no camera were viwed,and my other shift Manager found that lost Cash under a Till drawer and dropped it...so I just don't know..
