Unfair labour practice for learnership program workers

McDonald's Mall@Reeds, certain employees that are in a learnership programme are treated unfairly by shift supervisors and crew trainers. Working 9 hours plus on daily basis, being ill treated by name callings, unfair allocation of duties, gossip and so forth. No rotation in shifts e.g. working late shift permanently, having one day off per week whereas the contract stipulates 5 days rest, basic conditions of employment disregarded, duty schedule hand written, no overtime payment for working 70 plus hours per week.
