Undrinkable Milk Shakes

For a year we have been receiving undrinkble over sweet milk shakes for the McDonald's Brackenfell franchise. It affects all of the flavours on the standard menu.

Today again we received a replacement shake for a previous complaint lodged. We ordered a medium chocolate flavour but after 30 minutes of attempting to make this shake, we were offered a strawberry shake instead. We ordered additional meals and one included another small strawberry shake.

While in line at the counter another clients chocolate shake was also produced over sweet and was returned.

We were also asked to sample the vanillia flavored shake and that too was over sweet.

When we got home we found the medium shake had unmixed syrup in the bottom of the cup. Again over sweet.

We compared it to the small shake and the two differed extremely in colour and taste. So this franchise can't even produce consistant shakes one after the other.

Even though the franchise attempt to rectify our immediate complaints, they can't seem to resolve the core problem.
