Uncontrolled queue's

Yesterday at around 21h45 i went to the drive through at Centurion Monavoni (Sasol circle), while in the line about 4 cars just went in front of us due to how the through is designed, no security was available to manage the queue of vehicles. We could not not tell the said drivers that they actually need to join the queue at the back as we didn't want to cause commotion. When to the order box at about 22h37, I informed the order lady that security is needed outside to manage the queue, message was received. When I got to the window to receive my order at about 22h56, security was still no where to be found. i had to wait over an hour to order and get my food due to uncontrolled queues... terrible service.
