Unbelieveable service/incorrect order

I ordered two macfeast deluxes, one spicy and the other bbq and two caramel sundaes. We were told to wait in the grill parking bay while the order was being prepared and we waited a good 30 minutes while they kept bringing the incorrect orders to the car. Just as I thought the correct order came we were given two bbq mcfeast deluxes and when I told the guy who brought the order to the car and he went back inside only to bring back the same meals and with a spicy sauce poured on an ice cream lid covered with a cold drink lid. <br> <br> I am losing faith in this kuilsriver macdonald franchise, if its not their ice cream machine experiencing problems its their service. It disappoints me alot because I love macdonald they always give the best service so this franchise is giving Macdonalds a bad name as a whole.
