Unbelievable service!

<p>So i have decided to treat myself to some McD's in the morning hours, and i have found that the service you get during the daylight is completely opposite of that at night or morning hours.</p> <p>I really wish i had documented this experience as i was sick to my stomach of how i was treated by one employee.</p> <p>So i made use of the drive-thru and the lady at the first window did not look at me once, not even when i made it clear that i am trying to greet her... she refused to make eye contact or to speak to me. She was just sitting there until i had to give my order and pay. After paying she still did not look at me or said one word, and at this point i made it clear to her that i was upset with her customer service but she still just ignored me.</p> <p>Why do you have this 24hr service if you cannot even deliver on good service. I WILL next time be recording this and i will post this on every possible social media that i can until there is a change with these individuals. As a customer, i feel that i am within my rights to be upset because of this experience and feel that some action needs to be taken to ensure no one else has this awful experience. </p>
