Unbelievable *******,terrifyingly chocking service

I odered Mc Donalds for a farmily of 5(becouse I had unxpected guests in the evening).I waited for 4 hours to get the Food after having called back numerous times.It was very late when eventualy they decide they will deliver, my guests already asleep with out eating making matters worse I paid close to R300 for my order but got staff not even worth R100 I could not belive what had happened.Next day I went Mc Donalds where I pleaded my but was given the ran around.I have waisted time money and getting frustrated and made to look bad in front of my gusts with what I call a *******.I will never ever waist time and money in this manner DEVASTED
