Unbecoming attitude from staff members

On the 29th April 2022 around 8pm, I took my 3 daughters to your store in Vanderbijlpark to get some food and the level of attitude we received from the staff that was on duty left much to be desired. It felt very sour to be called Devil's by your staff member. I felt that if they are having a bad day, they should just take time off and stop calling customers devil's (I can still hear the sound of that lady voice saying it in Sotho language that customer tsa ka jeko ke di Satane.) The cool drink we were served tasted horrible - but I can understand cause it was served to the devil's. I wonder if your staff under what a devil is
