UNATTENDED FROZEN REQUEST BY MCDONALD

OMG!!! The Vereeniging Mcdonald is the worst. Everytime I order from Mr D, and request them NOT to put ice in coke, they ALWAYS do the opposite. They always never attend to my request. I just ordered right now and my coke has ice, AGAIN. This is the 5th time they do this. I have asthma, I do not like my drinks cold at all. SOMEBODY GIVE THEM A HEADS UP
