Unappetizing experience.

We came in for a late meal hoping the service would be good as all other McDonald’s restuarants we had been to before, to our surprise their new self service kiosk which allows you to order and sit while they bring your food when ready, let’s just say we had to get the food ourselves and also the food once received, had hair on it. We asked them to change the food for us and they did so rudely as though we were in the wrong. I’d like to receive better service the next time I come to this particular McDonald’s.
