Unacceptable service horrible food

I'm so unhappy with the level of service I received from Sandton gate first the drink was missing when I confronted the driver he was rude and told me to order from the nearer McDonald and he never brought to me even the food itself was not tasty no serviettes no sauces this is total unceptable I'm not happy on a serious note
