Unacceptable Service

Went to the drive thru to order 2 doughnuts, I paid then when I get to the pick up window, I'm told that I should wait on the side because they are still making them. Mind you, it's 08:30 in the morning during breakfast drive??? I had to fetch my order after my workingchours as I could not return. This is not the first this branch has done this and I have friends who complain about the same thing which is alarming as we go to the drive thru to order and go without waiting.
