Unacceptable service

Im not happy with the service i got from Macdonalds benoni(Bunyani street)! I placed an order at 18:20 only for me to receive it at 20:00 and when i callde the store to make a follow-up was told that most of their orders are coming from farramere and because of that their drivers specialize there.. Im offended by this its as if customers from farramere are given soome kind of special treatment.. And to make matters worse my food was ice cold, this is totally unacceptable... The money you get from farramere is same as mine and mind it hard earned money only to be give ******* service...
