Unacceptable service

Got to the store at 21;55 and get told by the securitys that its closed, they are three sitting by the window all showing the time as i am stupid.

I went to the drive through window and asked for the store manager which i got told that there is no manager on duty, after 10min i went back and asked again and they advised that there is a floor manager in the office, 5min later and i am still waiting, all the staff are looking at me as if i am crazy then the when i tell the security that i am waiting for the store manager with attitude he asks whats the managers name, really now how am i supposed to know???? This is the worste experience ever and they have no customer servicr at all. Philip is aparrantly the floor manager still he is to ***ard to come out of office. It just the principal of him coming out to explain to me and apologize or whatever the case is. While waiting there was many more people also wanting to go inside the store so you should consider opening later as kfc.
