Unacceptable service

Horrible service I received from McDonald's Pretoria nana Sita Saturday 23 June @ 19:30. I bought 2 lattes, mcfeast, chicken foldover with orange juice. I waited for food for food long enough that I had to ask if we can have the lattes in the meantime, lattes came n the waiter was roaming around whole store until.I asked why is she taking so long and she said she can't find Brown sugar. Where is communication? Must a customer ask 1st?? While on that I asked another waiter by name Livingston who gave me food where is my juice. He said they are still going refill n he doesn't know how long the person is gonna take to refill the juice. He continued saying he will not estimate how long it will take for juice to be refilled I must just wait for the person who is coming to refill. He has a bucket full of ATTITUDE!!! Worst McDonald's ever
