Unacceptable inefficient Delivery service

Do not order from these guys I placed an order at 14:00 on 10.12.2018 and waited until 15:45 to get my order...I feel as if this is unacceptable for a MacDonald delivery service; thier convenience and efficiency level is none existant and quite appalling...they should rethink their strategy if it’s going to take this long to receive a basic order...Don’t offer a service if you can’t; maintain the standard you set or deliver on it!
