Unacceptable Customer Service

After 30 minutes of waiting for assistance the supposed cashier Gugu who **** her name was Wendy and then changed her name to Tineko. Is an employee of your establishment refused to assist me at the kiosk which is utter nonsense as every other McDonald's has no issues with doing so. She then proceeded to ignore me and assist another customer. Upon reporting it to the manager Sanele my receipt was taken away so I am unable to leave a review on the McDonald's website. As a regular customer I visit this place every second week and it is unacceptable.
