Unacceptable behaviour

<p>Today (14 August 2016)at around 12h35 I drove thru McDonald crn De Laray and Jean Simmonis Parow. They got my drinks wrong and I was willing to accept the mistake until the staff was rude to me. As I was busy putting drink in the cup holder one the staff members said " why is this one still here and the response was she is just being herself because she has her food" this was said in Xhosa. This is was on the first time they were rude to me, yesterday 13 August 2016 they were rude to me and my friends when we drove thru.</p> <p>It would be great if Cryril Ramaphosa could be informed as he owns the franchise. I attend classes at UNISA and McD is the convinient fast food retailer for students. I can easily mobilise that we boycott the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>the manageress was not apologetic about this whole matter and she was on the floor when walked inside to give back the food and get my money.</p> <p>I demand a written warning and a comment from Mr C Ramaphosa</p>
