Unacceptable and Undesirable service!!!!

<p>On the 29 July I went to buy a McFeast DeLuxe medium meal at McDonald's Hatfield. I specifically requested that NO ICE should be put in my drink. On my way back to the office I realised that my drink had ice. I decided to let it go. To my surprise, when I was just about to have my lunch, I realised that they've put Quarter Pounder with cheese instead of McFeast DeLuxe! Not only was I displeasured by all of that, the fries were inexpertly pakcaged as if someone was in a hurry. By all of this, my beautiful day just went out of the window!</p> <p>As if the above experience was not enough! I called McDonald's Hatfield to complain, and Lerato Malebye promised me a free meal on Monday, 1 August. To my dismay when I sent one of my colleagues to go and get the meal for me, he was told Lerato is off and will be back on Tuesday, 2 Aug. I called McDonald's again and spoke to Obakeng, the manager (surname not known) who confirmed that Lerato was not in therefore cannot be assisted because Lerato did not make any staff member aware of my complaint. The only best thing he kept on saying was reminding me that he has to knock off at 15h00! I do not think I (together with my family) will ever spend our money on anything written McDonald's, EVER!</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY DISSAPPOINTED! </p>
