Unacceptable

For the first time ever I very disappointed with McDonald’s delivery I’ve placed an order at 12:26 I received the order at 13:50. Very poor service plus I’m paying for delivery. McDonald’s is one of great restaurants we have in Pinetown. I think they going on the wrong path now by not satisfying the customer and not the quality service and great food my coke wasn’t cold and my chips were not up to the standard. I’m very disappointed. Please this is not acceptable because I still like ordering from you’ll. My number is(084) **********
