unable to handle advance group orders

<p>Our Team was having a breakfast awards at work and because things are so hectic in the mornings we opted to use the delivery service. I phoned the store where the deliveries come from and they confirm that they deliver from 8 which we were fine with. Then when we tried to order breakfast in advance using both the mcdelivery website and call centre we couldnt because it was breakfast and I was told that I could order the next morning only. So this morning I try again - the earliest delivery time on the website is 09:00. I call the store knowing they start delivering from 8 and the lady says I must place the order through the call centre but they only open at 8. Then I told her I'll order online and if they can deliver earlier than 9. I try ordering just to get a message that some of the items are temporalily out of stock which is same message I got yesterday when breakfast was not available. We then decide to go tostore and pick it up ourselves. I then call the Belhar store. They say I cant order in advance I must come and pay first. So much drama for 10 meals. Really </p>
