Unable to deliver on products advertised

<p>For the last two months I have been turned away from Rosebank branch for ordering a McFlurry. The same excuse I keep getting is "the ice cream machine is not working". In spite of this, McFlurries (and other ice cream products) are still advertised on the menu but the items are unavailable. This is a DIRECT violation of the Consumer Protection Act.</p>
